The datilldoo

Some poets strive for perfection
and will not accept anything less
no stretching or squeezing of syllables
only perfect rhyme is success

But others, like me, can’t be bothered
if the lines are a little too long well so what?
and if the rhyme is not quite right
the next one might be better, or not
