In love with the lifeguard


It's cool and it's refreshing
swimming in the pool
but my head fills up with water
and my eyes begin to drool

The water circularates around
and sloshes to and fro
and it makes my brain cell soggy
and I forget which way to go

When the pretty lifeguard saves me
and pulls me out the water
she says I mustn't go back in
but I really feel I oughta

So when she isn't looking
I jump back in the pool
and while she gets hot and bothered
I feel relaxed and cool

then the lifeguard saves me once again
and sends me back to school

I love it when she saves me
even though it makes her frown
but I really should be careful
one day she’ll let me drown
