Midori's Dragon 14

'The thing was seen at half past five
and then a little later
and someone said at seven
it disappeared into the crater'

When Midori heard this news report
it was clear inside her mind
that the creature that it spoke of
was the dragon she was trying to find

Since she lost it from the cabin
that day so sad and tragic
it had grown to an enormous size
she thought it must be magic

Or perhaps the sacred mountain
and the Gods that dwell within
had made a dragon God
out of the tiny little thing
