Sally was an honest girl
she never told a lie
she always did her homework
but she was also very shy
She knew one day she'd marry
a man just like her dad
and they'd have two lovely children
named Annabel and Brad
And they would own the antique shop
it was written in the stars
they'd live upstairs as she did now

But then her world was turned upside down
she was plunged into contradiction
black became white and wrong became right
and the truth got entangled with fiction
Things that were strange seemed perfectly normal
and things that were normal seemed strange
and little Sally was very confused
her perspective of life had been changed
