Are we next?
Gone, the sabre-toothed tiger
he’s been gone for millions of years
one minute he was doing just fine
the next he just disappears
Gone, the pterodactyl
that prehistoric gull
that once ruled the skies
until nature had a cull
Gone, the woolly mammoth
so powerful and strong
he can’t compete with nature
she says what’s right and wrong
Gone, the wingless dodo
and tyrannosaurus rex
but still the balance is upset
will the human race be next?
